On setting goals. When my son was born, I decided I would switch careers. Again. I wrote down my goals (these included personal goals, like flexibility for my family life, time to see friends, etc. and my work goals, like wanting to use my art AND graphic design skills.) Now, the cookies I designed and illustrated are in this sweet unicorn display at @barnesandnoble. It’s amazing how writing down a goal gives your mind the power to move toward it. The follow up to this is that when I reach goals, I set new ones.
